MINIROOS TERM 3, 2026 **OUR MINIROOS PROGRAM HAS INCREASED TO 10 SESSIONS PER TERM** Join our engaging and fun-filled Soccer Program! Designed to help players aged 4 - 8 develop fundamental soccer skills while fostering a love for the game, this 10-week program focuses on: Passing and Receiving Ball Control 1v1s (beating opponents and defending) Running with the Ball (dribbling and speed) Striking & Shooting Each 60-minute session includes exciting games, skill-building activities, and small-sided matches tailored to young players’ abilities and enthusiasm. With experienced coaches and a supportive environment, your child will grow in confidence, improve their skills, and most importantly, have fun with friends! With our Term 2 program booking out, spaces are limited! To avoid missing out secure your spot now for Term 3 and set your little star on the path to success.

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Payment • All participants must be registered online prior to the commencement of the program. • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s place. • Program fees are non-transferable between terms or programs. 2. Session Information • Each session runs for 60 minutes and is held once a week for 9 weeks during the school term. • Sessions are designed to develop fundamental football skills in a fun and inclusive environment, focusing on: • Striking the Ball • First Touch • 1v1s • Running with the Ball 3. Attendance & Make-Up Sessions • Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to the next term. • Make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of Complete Player if space is available in another group. • In the event of a session being cancelled by Complete Player (e.g. extreme weather), we will do our best to reschedule. 4. Player Expectations • Players are expected to: • Arrive on time and ready to participate. • Bring appropriate equipment: boots, shin pads, water bottle, and active wear. • Show respect to coaches, teammates, and all equipment. • Poor behaviour may result in removal from the session or program with no refund. 5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities • Parents/guardians must ensure players are dropped off and picked up promptly. • A parent or responsible adult must remain onsite for players aged Under 6 & Under 7. 6. Health & Safety • Please inform coaches of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration. • Complete Player staff are First Aid trained and will act accordingly in case of injury or emergency. • All activities are delivered in a safe and age-appropriate environment. 7. Media & Photography • Complete Player may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media). • Please notify us in writing if you do not wish your child to be included in any media. 8. Refund Policy • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Complete Player. • No refunds will be given for change of mind, non-attendance, or withdrawal once the program has commenced. 9.
