The Advanced Player Pathway (APP) is Complete Player’s flagship development program, created for ambitious young footballers who want more from their training and development.
APP provides players with a consistent, challenging and supportive environment where they can train regularly, compete against quality opposition and develop a deeper understanding of the game.
Rather than focusing solely on technical ability, APP develops the complete player — combining technical, tactical, physical and mental development to help players become more confident, intelligent and adaptable footballers.
Our aim is simple: provide players with the environment, coaching and opportunities to discover how far they can take their game.

THE APP EXPERIENCE
Development doesn’t happen through training alone.
APP provides players with a combination of high-quality coaching, regular training, competitive games and unique football experiences designed to continually challenge their development.
Throughout the program, players are exposed to different coaches, opponents, environments and challenges — helping them become more adaptable, confident and independent footballers.
COACHING THAT CHALLENGES THE PLAYER
APP sessions are designed to make players think, solve problems and take ownership of their development.
Our coaches create realistic, challenging football environments where players are encouraged to make decisions, experiment, compete and learn from both success and failure.
We don’t believe development is about creating identical players.
We want to help each player better understand their game, their strengths and the areas they can continue to develop.
FOOTBALL BEYOND PERTH
APP is about creating opportunities for players to experience football beyond their regular environment.
As the program continues to grow, we aim to provide selected players with opportunities to compete in tournaments, experience different football environments and take part in interstate and international experiences.
In 2027, Complete Player will take its next step internationally with our UK Football Tour, providing eligible players with the opportunity to experience football, culture and development environments overseas.
