Service Description

Mini Kicks is the perfect introduction to football for our youngest players. Designed and delivered by accredited Early Childhood Teachers with football coaching experience, the program combines fun, imagination, and learning through movement in a safe and supportive environment. Each session helps children build confidence, connection, and coordination while having fun with a football at their feet. Program Focus Mini Kicks sessions are built around early learning and movement fundamentals, all through football-inspired play. Children will develop: • Gross Motor Skills – running, kicking, and balancing • Oral Language and Listening Skills – following instructions and expressing themselves • Pattern Recognition – exploring colours, numbers, and sequences • Imaginative Play – creative games that spark curiosity • Movement and Coordination – body control, balance, and rhythm • Football Fundamentals – dribbling, passing, and scoring goals Our sessions nurture confidence, social skills, and a lifelong love of sport — one kick at a time. Location: Hartfield Park Recreation Centre Day: Tuesday mornings Dates: 3 February – 31 March (9 sessions per term) • 18 months – 2.5 years: 9:15am – 9:45am • 2.5 years – 3.5 years: 10:00am – 10:45am • 3.5 years – 4.5 years: 11:00am – 11:45am Limited to 15 players per group each term Optional Mini Kicks kit available – order by 20 January for Week 1 delivery Trial sessions available

Cancellation Policy

1. Registrations • All registrations for the Mini Kicks program must be completed online via www.completeplayer.com.au. • Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. • Each group is capped at 15 participants to ensure quality and safety. 2. Payment • Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your child’s place. • Payment can be made securely through the Complete Player website. • A confirmation email will be sent once registration and payment have been received. 3. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made prior to the start of the term may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus an administration fee. • Once the term has commenced, no refunds will be issued except under extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical reasons, supported by documentation). • Session credits will not be issued for missed classes due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons. 4. Missed Sessions • Unfortunately, make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed due to limited class sizes and scheduling constraints. • In the event that a session is cancelled by Complete Player (e.g., coach illness, facility issue, or extreme weather), a make-up session or credit will be provided. 5. Trial Sessions • Trial sessions are available for new participants where space permits. 7. Supervision and Participation • A parent or guardian must remain present and actively engaged during each session. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure sessions begin promptly. • Children should wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a water bottle. 8. Safety and Conduct • All participants and accompanying adults are expected to follow coach directions and maintain a positive, respectful environment. • Complete Player reserves the right to remove a participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive. 9. Photography and Media • Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. • Parents who do not wish for their child to be included in media must advise us in writing at the time of registration. 10.
